A brief overview about the role of Fair Work Australia (FWA) in relation to registration, recognition and accountability of unions and employer associations under the Fair Work (Registered Organisations) Act 2009. Also contains links to a range of fact sheets and sample documents.
Financial reporting guidelines
Contains guidelines that supplement the financial reporting provisions of the Fair Work (Registered Organisations) Act 2009 and the Fair Work (Registered Organisations) Regulations 2009, relating to the disclosure of financial information by registered organisations. They are issued by the General Manager of FWA under s.255 of the Fair Work (Registered Organisations) Act 2009.
