Hearings & conferences
Fair Work Australia (FWA) generally conducts hearings and conferences from Monday to Friday at its premises in each Australian capital city. If required, proceedings may also be held outside of normal office hours, on public holidays, in regional centres and in a workplace. Proceedings may also be conducted by telephone or videoconference.
The daily hearings and conferences lists for the next working day are posted at about 4.30 pm EST each day. Late listings appear at the bottom of the relevant list and may be posted on the day of hearing.
