An application for an order remedying reduction in take-home pay resulting from the Nurses Award 2010 has been made by the Australian Nursing Federation under item 9 of Schedule 5 of the Fair Work (Transitional Provisions and Consequential Amendments) Act 2009 (Transitional Act). The application also seeks a review of the transitional provisions in the award pursuant to item 7 of Schedule 5 of the Transitional Act. There is a link to the application below.
