30. LEAVE TO ATTEND COURT PROCEEDINGS

30.1 Should court proceedings result from accident, incident act of terrorism, sabotage or hijacking, the Flight Attendant concerned will be released from all duties so as to enable court attendance, duty hours will be credited and DTA will apply.

30.2 Substitute days off of the Flight Attendants choice must be given when court proceedings correspond with designated days off or substitute days off.

30.3 A Flight Attendant will be paid when required to attend proceedings at any Court in their capacity as a Flight Attendant.
