26. ROSTERING AND SCHEDULING OF FLIGHT ATTENDANTS

26.1 The Employer must prepare a roster for the roster period for full-time and part-time Flight Attendants showing sign-on and sign-off times, commencement and finish times of non-airport reserve, type of duty, designated days off, flight details and dates and ports of overnight stays.

26.2 The roster must be provided to the Flight Attendant and posted in a place accessible to the Flight Attendants concerned, at least 7 days prior to the commencement of the roster period.

26.3 The Employer will roster Flight Attendants for duty in accordance with the bidding system agreed from time to time between the parties. Matters to be agreed include (but are not limited to):

Matters in dispute will be resolved in accordance with 12.3.

26.4 Once a Flight Attendant has commenced a tour of duty he/she must not commence duties rostered for the following roster period until he/she has completed that tour of duty, and he/she has been given appropriate rest periods under clause 24 — Rest periods. days off and duty free periods.

26.5 Exchange of Rostered Duties

26.5.1 Flight Attendants may exchange duties, days off and incentive pay days by arrangement between themselves with the agreement of the Employer. Provided:

26.5.2 The Employer may refuse a roster exchange that does not comply with the above provisions.

26.5.3 Up to one-half ofa Flight Attendant’s roster may be swapped.

26.5.4 Any additional hours which result from a trip swap do not count toward the monthly maximum of 140 hours.
