12. CONSULTATIVE MECHANISM AND PROCEDURES

12.1 At each enterprise covered by this award, the Company and the Association or other employee representative, may establish a mechanism and procedures which enables them to communicate and consult about matters arising out of this award, in particular 9.1 and 9.2 which they agree would assist in achieving and maintaining co-operative workplace relations and mutually beneficial work practices.

12.2 An Employer must permit a notice board to be erected in lounge space used by Flight Attendants to facilitate communication between Flight Attendants and/or their Associations or other employee representatives.

12.3 For the purposes of this consultative process a Rostering and Scheduling Committee will be established comprising representatives of the parties to discuss matters in 26.3. Where there is a dispute on matters under the scope of the Committee to consider, and until the matter is resolved, the Employer’s decision will prevail.
