11. SPECIAL CONDITIONS

11.1 Where unforeseen or special circumstances apply, the Employer with the agreement of:

• an accredited representative of the Association; or if no contact is possible;
• the majority of Flight Attendants’ affected;

may work Flight Attendants at such times and under such conditions as may be necessary, notwithstanding anything contained in this award.

11.2 A written copy of the agreed arrangements will be provided to the Association as soon as possible.
