8.1 A copy of this award must be made available by the Employer to each Flight Attendant employed at the date of the commencement of this award and to all new Flight Attendants.
8.2 A copy of this award, together with all variations and administrative instructions, must be kept by the Employer at each base and the award must be made available to a Flight Attendant on request.
