6. PARTIES BOUND AND INCIDENCE CLAUSE

This award binds the following:

Qantas Airways Limited
Ansett Australia Limited and
The Flight Attendants’ Association of Australia (the Association)

in respect of all Flight Attendants, whether members of the Association or not, primarily engaged on domestic routes in the classifications set out in this award.
