The available services are:
Awards—Updates only
Documents affecting awards and modern awards including orders, determinations, decisions and consolidated versions of awards.
This service notifies subscribers via email within 48 hours of a document being posted on the website. Subscribers will also receive a link to the updated version of the related consolidated award when it has been amended.
There is no limit to the number of awards you can subscribe to and you can add or remove awards to which you subscribe at any time.Award matters
Contains details of applications to vary nominated modern award(s) and associated materials accessible through the Award modernisation section of the FWA website.
This service notifies subscribers via email when an application to vary a modern award has been lodged and when any associated material is issued or received, including information about proceedings, submissions, hearing details and decisions. It is emailed as changes are posted to the Modern award variation applications web page.
There is no limit to the number of modern awards you can subscribe to and you can add or remove awards to which you subscribe at any time.Award modernisation general announcements
Contains details of significant updates to the Award modernisation section of the FWA website.
This service notifies subscribers via email of significant proceedings, statements or decisions which have general application to modern awards or ongoing award modernisation processes. It is emailed as updates are posted to the Award modernisation section of the FWA website.FWA Bulletin
Includes decision summaries of Fair Work Australia decisions and information about FWA services.
This service provides links to the latest and past editions of the FWA Bulletin (in PDF and HTML formats). It is emailed weekly following the bulletin's posting to the FWA website.All decisions
Contains details of all recently issued FWA decisions with links to the complete decisions.
Each email contains links to the complete decisions and to the All decisions page on the FWA website. It is emailed up to twice daily.Significant decisions
Contains details of recently issued full bench decisions and other significant decisions.
Each email contains links to the complete decisions, and links to the Full bench decisions and All decisions pages on the FWA website. It is emailed when decisions are posted to the FWA website.Enterprise agreement decisions
Contains details of enterprise agreement approval, termination and variation decisions, with links to the complete decisions.
Each email contains links to the complete decisions and to the Enterprise agreement decisions page on the FWA website. It is emailed up to twice daily.Annual wage review
Contains information about the current review process and how to participate in it.
Each email contains links to relevant materials, including the procedure for lodging submissions, statements and decisions, the timetable, research, submissions and any additional material. It is emailed as changes are posted to the Annual Wage Review website.Equal Remuneration Case
Provides access to information about the case and how to participate in it.
Each email contains links to relevant materials including the procedure for lodging submissions, statements and decisions, the timetable, submissions, correspondence, transcripts and any additional material. It is emailed as changes are posted to the Equal Remuneration Case website.-
Termination of instruments
Contains information about the process being undertaken pursuant to item 3 of Schedule 5 of the Fair Work (Transitional Provisions & Consequential Amendments) Act 2009.
Each email contains links to information about proceedings, including to submissions, statements and decisions, and any additional material. It is emailed as changes are posted to the website. -
s.653 General Manager Reports
Provides access to information about the General Manager's reporting requirements pursuant to s.653 of the Fair Work Act 2009.
Emails will contain links to information regarding the processes for the General Manager's reporting in relation to agreement making, individual flexibility arrangements under awards and agreements, and/or the operation of the National Employment Standards relating to employee requests. Emails are dispatched as changes are posted to the FWA website. -
item 20A General Manager Reports about Unfair Dismissal
Provides access to information about the General Manager's reporting requirements pursuant to item 20A, Part 4, Schedule 18 of the Fair Work (Transitional Provisions & Consequential Amendments) Act 2009.
Emails will contain links to information regarding the processes for the General Manager's reporting in relation to the first three years of operation of the unfair dismissal system under the Fair Work Act 2009. It is emailed as changes are posted to the FWA website. -
Gazette notices
Contains details of applications by registered organisations that are published in the Commonwealth of Australia Gazette.
Each email contains the name of the organisation or association lodging the application, the type of application lodged, and a link to the Gazette notices page. It is emailed when the notice and the application have been posted to the FWA website. -
Announcements
Contains administrative and general announcements about changes to FWA practices and procedures, changes to forms and information about subscriptions.
This is a low volume email service.
